Santa Pod Raceway is the UK’s most action-packed motorsport venue, hosting more than 60 events each year. These include 300mph drag racing, modified car shows, VW Beetle and campervan festivals, Japanese performance car shows, retro and classic car gatherings, as well as popular public track days such as Run What Ya Brung (RWYB) and Drift What Ya Brung (DWYB).

To help promote this diverse programme of events, I designed the annual calendar of events – a 12-page DL leaflet distributed nationwide and also featured within a major national newspaper. The design combined a bold and dynamic layout with striking motorsport imagery, capturing the energy and excitement of Santa Pod while providing a clear, easy-to-follow guide to the year’s activities.

Alongside the leaflet, I also created an A2 year planner, which featured the full schedule of events on one side and a poster on the reverse, offering fans a practical and collectible piece of branded material. To further support Santa Pod’s promotional efforts, I designed a series of roller banners for use at trade shows, ensuring the brand maintained strong visibility across multiple platforms.

These materials played an important role in reaching a wide audience of motorsport enthusiasts, helping to build anticipation and drive attendance across Santa Pod’s packed annual calendar.
