Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) regularly hosts employee roadshows as a way of engaging staff with the company’s strategy, future direction, and product innovations. These events bring together employees from across the business, offering interactive presentations, discussions with leadership, and opportunities to connect with different departments.
While working in collaboration with an external marketing agency, I was responsible for designing a suite of promotional materials to support one of these high-profile roadshows. This included invitations, event branding, and large promotional banners that not only guided employees through the event but also helped to create an engaging and professional atmosphere.
In addition to the daytime content, I also designed materials for the accompanying evening party, ensuring the branding carried seamlessly from the corporate presentations into a more relaxed, celebratory environment. The designs balanced the prestige of the Jaguar Land Rover brand with a sense of excitement and inclusivity, encouraging employees to feel both informed and inspired.
The final creative solutions contributed to the success of the roadshow, helping JLR deliver a cohesive employee experience that strengthened internal engagement and reinforced pride in the brand.
